I was just having a little rest after having my dinner of chicken and red peppers when all of a sudden the food energy kicked it...

A Little Gap In The Window

Brilliant Love Heart really wants to play with me today, when I went up into the window she was there waiting AND she was picking me some flowers as a present.

Now I've just got to work out how I can get through this little gap in the window!

I Didn't Realise It Would Take So Long

We was all up very early today because Puppynap said some men were coming to deliver a new fence and if I was a good girl and let them know when they came I could help them.

BRILLIANT! I will make sure I let you know the second they arrive.

I did as well and when it was all put in the garage Daddy said come on River you can help us cut down all these bushes.

Ok. You cut them down and I'll supervise from up here.

That's right you are doing a good job there.

Oh! I didn't realise it would take so long. Are you done yet because I want to play chase the pink ball?

Are you done yet Daddy with all that digging? 

Yes Daddy is sitting down so he must be done. I better make sure that you have dug everything over properly first though as when we start playing we are going to play all afternoon!

Come And Get Me!

I was just out playing in the garden when I heard a great big bang and flash from the sky. 

I got so scared that I came running in and run all the way up the stairs. Only trouble was I can go up the stairs really easy but I find it hard to get back down again and Puppynap was down the stairs, i just didn't see him.

Oh Puppynap, come and get me, I'm stuck and scared of the noise!

I Can't Stop Myself

Wow that chicken really opened up my taste buds again. 

I couldn't believe it, I've hardly eaten anything the past two days and today after I finished my chicken breakfast I found my tooth stick from yesterday that I couldn't face and woofed it down and then I found two treats Daddy left out for me, down in one. Puppynap saw me and put out some crunchies in my bowl, all gone.

This is brilliant, I'm eating everything I can find, I was so hungry and I just didn't even know it, I can't help myself.

Now Puppynap, what's for brunch?

Just A Smidge

I woke up when Daddy picked me up and put me in Puppynaps arms for a morning cuddle but I was still feeling very tired and weak but when Puppynap brought me down the stairs and said would you like a chicken breakfast I thought hang on that sounds nice.

I thought i would just have a mouthful or two but when I finished my first bowl I felt like another and did a little woof. It worked Puppynap filled it up and I ate it all up. he said he was really pleased as I've hardly eaten for two days...

...and although I'm still not feeling myself I do feel just a smidge better. I think I'll see who's out to play, even though I don't think I'm up to playing with them yet.

All Of A Sudden - Reiki

I'm still not feeling very well, these lady times are horrible. I did manage a few mouthfuls of chicken and red peppers today and I even called over the wall to my friend in the other garden this afternoon but I think I overdid it as tonight after dinner I felt a bit all over the place, I just couldn't get comfy.

Puppynap and Daddy came down onto the floor with me and we all put our heads together, they said they were sharing the love and wished they could take my pain away. All of a sudden Puppynap said we can, let me do some Reiki on baby.

I didn't know what he meant but he said some strange words and did some curly things in the air and then put his hands all over me. They felt very warm. I don't think it took it all away but he eyes did feel a little brighter. I think I'll have a little sleep now, I hope I feel better when I wake up.

She Tried All Day

Oh my poor tummy, things are swelling and I can't get comfy no matter how hard I try.

Usually half on the sofa, half on the foot stool is a brilliant place to lay, but not today.

I then tried laying out on the floor, when I get hot it's a great place to lay, but today it didn't work.

I then thought maybe if I sit up it will be OK...

...but Puppynaps lap looked comfy so I sat on there a while but I still felt really hot...

...so I went and sat by the backdoor and got the breeze. That was great and then Puppynap went out to pick some berries from the tree...

...and so I went and sat out there with him. It was the best so far it was windy keeping me cool and the grass was soothing to my swelling. But then it started to rain and Daddy called me in.

The rain came down a lot and I couldn't go back out side and so I thought I'd try and get comfy on my chair.

But no matter how many positions I got into none of them were any good.

I did manage a few minutes sleeping next to Daddy but it just didn't last very long.

Oh I hate lady times, when will it all be over, I just want to be normal again!

I Can't Help Myself

I can't help myself I'm so, so sleepy and I just can't eat more than a mouthful of food. Daddy and Puppynap have been great fussing around me and trying to hand feed me, but I just can't face it.

Daddy had a very good look at me and then said to Puppynap, ah baby is swelling up it must be lady times again.

That explains it. Can you pick me up and put me on my chair please, I just don't have the energy.

For The Past Half Hour

I'm so out of breath, I've just been licking Puppynaps feet for the past half hour and I'm whacked out! I couldn't stop they tasted sooooooooo good!

I Think I've Won

I'm playing hide and seek with Puppynap. 

I think I've won I can hear him keeping on calling out my name and he can't see me hidden under all the washing hanging out. I just hope it doesn't rain again.

I Think He Would Like My Help!

I feel very alone today. Daddy has gone out and Puppynap is doing things in the house and says he'll play with me later but I want someone to play with me now.

Puppynap can I go over the wall and play with that man that I can hear banging with a hammer. I think he would like my help!

Puppynap, Puppynap. Did you hear me? I can take him a strawberry as a present if you like?

Oh Puppynap, I can hear him banging and banging and I'm sure he'd want me to go and help him. 

Oh he's gone now and I didn't get the chance to help him.

Ooow what's this stick Puppynap has just thrown for me to catch?

That's just ridiculous, I've never be able to get that in my mouth!

There's Boats Too!

Daddy came home from work and said come on River, we're going on an afternoon adventure.

Ooh we're at some lakes that are a long way away from us.

And we're with our friends the girl and her brother.

Wow this is great there's an adventure playground with all these MASSIVE sticks to play with.

And there's not just giant sticks...

...there's boats too!

...and look there's lots of birds on the lake.

Because there are lots and lots of ducks and swans and things.

Wow this had been brilliant but it's getting dark now...

...and I'm worried you might get lost in the grass.
