I've Got A Brilliant New Toy

I've got a brilliant new toy. It's called a carrot.

I heard daddy telling that other one that it was good for me. It would help me as I am growing my teeth and I could have fun playing with it.

He wasn't wrong it does help I can bite really hard into it and it doesn't yelp back at me. I can cuddle it and I can toss it about. It's great fun.

We Just Fed The Birds & I Have A Daddy

I just helped one of them men feed the birds.

He went out and left me on my own. I didn't know what to do so I chewed a little bit of Nadia's house.

When he came back he had loads of bags with him and he said that my daddy would give me some treats when he got home.

My daddy, that other man in my daddy! I like that it makes me happy and I wagged my tail.

We then went outside in the the garden right up the back and we threw lots of bits of bread around.

I ate some of it, it tasted nice but the man said that I mustn't as it would bind me up. No idea what he is talking about but I don't think I want to be binded up. Tasted nice though.

My First Step

I've just managed my first step.

One of those men has gone out and the other one went upstairs.

I didn't want to be down here on my own with just Lil' watching me so I decided I'm going up there.

I really pushed myself up hard and managed to get to the third step before getting a bit scared and called out to him to come rescue me.

He was very proud and e gave me a big stroke as he lifted me back down. I'm growing lots each day. I'll soon be able to climb tree's and things.

Sunday A Day To Sleep

No wonder everyone has spent most of the day asleep, after everything that happened yesterday I am tired out.

Lil's is cuddled up on that man that stays with me and I'm cuddled up to the man who really looks after me and takes me out to play each morning. I like that resting and sleeping rule especially if I get to sleep on a foot.

I Met A Boy And A Girl And Phobe And Flo

Tonight I met a boy and a girl and Phobe and Flo.

They are all friends of the two men.  Phobe and Flo are CATS. They look different to Lil'. They have longer hair and I think they wanted to make friends with me. I also think they are sisters because they looked exactly the same to me.

We went in the car to their house. I like riding in the car. I sit on the mans lap and look out of the window. I also liked licking the window.

When we got there one of the cats went into another room but one of them, Phobe I think, just sat there and waited watching me. I went over to her and she just looked back at me. Then she sat on the girls lap and I went up to her to make friends. She also shared some of her treats. I said thank you by licking her face. I think she liked it because she didn't move.

This all tired me out and I fell asleep on the boys lap for a while. When I woke up I tried to bite the girls bum. I think she liked that because she laughed. 

I liked visiting them all I hope I go to see them again soon, we can all play again.

My First Haircut

I've just had my first haircut.

Those men picked me up and there was a snappy metal thing that came close to my face.

I didn't like it. I struggled. They put it down.

Lil' the CAT came very close and was watching what was going on. She had a funny look on her face. One of those men kept talking to her, telling her it was OK they weren't going to hurt me and stroked her. I felt a little bit better.

A buzzy thing then came at me. I struggled. They didn't put it down.

They put it near my eyes and nose. It wasn't as bad as the snappy metal thing. I didn't mind it at all when they did my bum, I was a brave girl and stayed really still.

I can now see much better, I like that. They gave me lots of treats when it was over I liked that a lot.

I Really Love That Man

I really love that man.

He came out for an early morning run with me up and down the garden. It was freezing cold outside. We went up and down for ages until I was out of breath.

The other man who spends most of the day with me was waiting for me when we came back in from playing. He gave me a big rub and stroke and now I'm eating my special biscuit in the warm. It's a great day so far and it's still really early.

I Hate Baths

Those men just gave me a bath. I didn't like it. They were gentle with me but I got scared. They said that I had to have one as I'd made a mess of myself and that worried them. I know they were only trying to look after me but I don't want one again.

I did get a great big long cuddle from the man who disappears in the day. I liked that and I do smell lovely now but please don't do it much again.

I Did It

I did it all on my own. I manage to climb my ramp all the way up onto the sofa. Yippee, I'm a big girl now.

Now if only that man would pick me up and give me a stroke I'll be well happy. Big eyes, big eyes.

I Just Met A Tortoise

I was just having a little rest on my climbing ramp and there was a noise near my dinner place.

I ran to it and there was a big moving stone but it had a face. A FACE.

I sniffed it and then licked it and the face disappeared. It was amazing.

That man came and stroked me and said that this was Nadia and she was a tortoise.

She must be very tired she's been asleep all the time I've lived her.

That man then put her back to bed. Good idea, I think I'll join her.

There's White Stuff In The Sky

There's white stuff in the sky, it's coming down like rain. I haven't seen this before but I have seen rain lots of times.

That man who stays home has been showing me. I saw him and Lil' the CAT looking out the window.

I wanted to see so I barked and he lifted me up.

WOW. I wonder what it is? I want to go catch it in my mouth.

On A Promise

I've made a new friend when I went out with the man that stays here all the time.

It was another dog just like me. His name was Tiny. I don't know why he's called that I'm much smaller. I went into Tiny's house and we sniffed each other and ran around. I could walk underneath him, he was like a tunnel.

That man said if I was good maybe we could go on a play date. Don't know what that is but sounds good, got the word play in it. Best be good. I love getting promises.

He then made me walk which I didn't mind for a little bit but when we passed a building things man I wanted to watch and he kept on trying to make me walk.

I got a stroke from the building things man. He smelled of wood and dust but I didn't sneeze. After that I didn't want to walk any more so I didn't. I stayed still until I got carried. 

Phew these walks can be long and tiring, I only just managed to get indoors before I went to the wee, I was busting. 

Oh look a toy that's got a bell inside of it. INSIDE. I'm gonna play with that now.

It's Amazing Up Here

What a morning I'm having.

I went outside with one of those men, the one that doesn't go somewhere. We ran around the garden and I dug a hole. Yes a HOLE. It was brilliant fun. I then chased him up and down trying to eat a piece of string that was on his boot and he fell over.

We then came in and he rubbed my feet clean. They were wet and muddy.

Then the bestest thing happened. I was put next to him and I could see out of the window.

It's amazing up here. I can see everything. I've seen some birds and a lady with another dog and cars keep on going by all the time. I love it up here it's now my favourite place. No second favourite. My most favourite is that other man's lap.

Early Morning Walk No, No, No

They tried to make me go on a toilet walk, I said, No, no, no
Yes, I've been bad but it's pushed over to the side doncha know, know, know
I ain't got the time and my man still thinks I'm fine
He's tried to make me go to toilet walk, I won't go, go, go

He Did, That Man Came Back

He did, he did that man came back.

We went in the car thing for a little ride and then he opened the door and got in. I was very happy and wagged my tale to show I was really pleased and then those two men took me for a walk in the dark.

I got carried a bit of the way because there were lots of walls to get up and I couldn't make them all YET. And the Cat that lives here sniffed at me but didn't hiss.

Tired now, going go to sleep on his lap. I like it there.

That's Was What Was Next

One of those men took me out for a trot this afternoon.

I managed the big step at the front all by myself. I am getting good at that I couldn't do it yesterday.

We went down the road and I sniffed at some Ivy. It was lovely I buried my head right in it.

We then went across a big road.

I didn't like it much there were too many noisy cars. I sat down and that man picked me up to carry me across.

Then everything was OK.

I even managed to climb a wall all by myself.

Then the best bit happened.

We discovered leaves. Yes leaves. Don't be jealous, I know I was really really lucky but you can be to. Just look everywhere.

I tried to eat some but wasn't allowed. But it didn't matter I played in there for ever.

Then we saw a stream.

I've never seen one of these before. It was great and even better when leaves went down the stream.

By that time I was tired and couldn't take another step so I got carried.

It was brilliant day out.

I hope that other man comes back today. I want him here.

I Love Scrambled Egg

When I woke up there was no one here. I barked as I was a bit surprised. One of those men came down from up the stairs.

I ran after him jumping up. It was great to see someone and so much fun to be playing.

He went into the room I'm not allowed in and then he gave me some lunch.

I love scrambled egg and it tasted even better when I take it from the bowl and eat it from the floor.

Now what's next.

Where'd They Go?

Where'd they go? The two men went out and left me on my own.

One came back and I got a play. I jumped on his feet and tried to eat his button.

It was scary on my own but I'm OK now.

A CAT Is Staring At Me

I just woke up on one of those men's laps and a CAT was staring right back at me.

I didn't say anything I just looked back.

I wanted to say Hello but last time she did a little hiss.

I then went back to sleep.
