I Don't Like Lifts

I was just about to have a little sleep when Puppynap said we were going to go out, he wanted to wear me out for tonight. I don't know what's going on then but I am glad we're going out.

When we got in the car he told me we were going to see Auntie Silver.

BRILLIANT, she always makes me laugh.

It doesn't take too long to get there and before we went in to see her I was allowed to play in the leaves.

Good he remembered, I don't like lifts and I must be picked up when I go in one.

That's better a lovely warm lap to sit on and extra special cuddles.

I'm still wondering what's going to happen tonight and why I need to be worn out!

I've Got Plenty Of Time To Explore - Those Footsteps Are Getting Louder

Brilliant, we're off out!

Right we're going in the car, I wonder where we can be going?

Hang on a second, I know this place.

Yes I'm sure I know where we are, we're in a lift and I'm on the floor even though Puppynap know's I don't like it.

Aunty Silver!

I knew it, come on let's go to your special room.

It takes Aunty Silver a while to get places so I've got plenty of time to explore.

In the bookshelf.

I can hear her coming. Those footsteps are getting louder.

She made it. It was worth the wait she knows exactly where I love to be tickled, right under my ear. I love coming and seeing Aunty Silver.

I'm Not A Fan Of Lifts

Come on then get a move on, if we're going out let's get going?

Huff.

All I do is wait for Puppynap to get ready. Come on!

Finally in the car. Now I wonder where we're off to today?

Well that didn't take long to get here. Now let me sniff, yes I think I remember this smell.

*Sniff, sniff* 

Yes can smell something familiar although I'm not a fan of lifts.

Brilliant, we've come to see Auntie Silver. I love Auntie Silver, she's got a lovely voice, kiss and very comfy lap!

Auntie Silver In Her New Home

I saw Puppynap put on his shoes and say he was going out to see Auntie Silver AND I was going too!

Yeah brilliant, I love Auntie Silver.

We went a different way from normal and then Puppynap said we were going to visit Auntie Silver in her new home.

It didn't take long to get there, I love car journeys so it didn't matter if it was longer away.

Wow is this big building where she lives now?

We then went in a lift but it was OK as I was picked up and looked in the mirror at myself, I thought it was another little doggie for a second, and then we were there in the room in a corridor. 

Lot's of other people live here as well, they must be Auntie Silvers new friends. They were very nice and people, Puppynap called nurses, came in to say hello to me and give me lots of strokes.

I was then allowed to go and explore as much as I wanted. I couldn't smell Rosie, I don't think she lives here with Auntie Silver.

I gave her a kiss on her nose and she laughed. While they talked about things from the past times I sat like a good girl looking out of the door to see all the people go by. It's good here, I get strokes from everyone that goes past the door, they all come in to say hello, especially to me and I get to see Auntie silver as well!

I Waited For Ages - Wow!

We was just getting ready to go out to see Aunty Silver when Puppynap got a phone call from his cousin. I waited for ages while he chatted then he said we couldn't go and see Auntie Silver today as she was in hospital, but there was no need to worry she would be OK but our visit was postponed.

He did say to not look too sad though as he was going to take me to see the Christmas lights at the top of the road when it was dark.

Wow!

They are brilliant!

We then walked around everywhere looking at people's Christmas tree's, He said we were going to put ours up at the weekend and I could help all I wanted as I was such a good girl.

When we got back I told David all about it and said he really would love to see them. He said he might go up later but he was quiet enjoying playing for now. Me too!

And Then I Showed Her

We just had a surprise visit from Daddies cousin, J, she said she came to see me and tell me all about her mummy Auntie Silver and they said if I'm a good girl I can go and see her in a special home place that she now lives.

She then shook her keys in my face, she said I could play with them, it was her game.

I had a little sniff but decided they were a bit rubbish to play with and then I showed her how to play properly, with my bone toy The Elf gave me.

Now that's how you play!

I Was Just...

 I was just having an afternoon lay down with David when Puppynap said come on River we're going to see Auntie Silver.

It doesn't take long to get to Auntie Silver and when we got there she was there and in the kitchen cleaning things. Puppynap said we might be a while so I should go and find Rosie the cat.

I searched everywhere but I couldn't find her but I did find her toys and her bed, I had a little rest in it, it was very comfy.

But I wasn't there for that I was there to play with Rosie. Oh where is she? And when will Auntie Silver be ready to go out?

Why are you laughing at that Puppynap?

2 Hours Later

Daddy and Puppynap said come on River we're going out to take you to the lakes but we're just going to pop in to see Auntie Silver for 10 minutes first.

Well we've been outside the door for 10 minutes already!

When we went in I could smell Rosie the cat but I couldn't see her. Where are you Rosie?

There you are!

Puppynap then said I should leave alone to have a little sleep but I could have an explore if I wanted just while everyone chatted. 

2 Hours later we made it over to the park and the lake.

We went to see the Swans. They were very pleased to see me and they wanted to follow us around to see what we could see but Puppynap said we had to move a bit quicker when they started to follow us.

OK then, but can the ducks come?

Apparently they weren't allowed either we had to leave them the other side of the bridge.

Hang on a second what's going on over there?

Come on this needs investigating.

Oh it's some frog men!

We watched them for a little bit and then an old man singing came near and Daddy and Puppynap gave each other some very strange looks put their heads down and laughed.

I wasn't sure what they found so funny I thought it was a lovely song and said so to the ducks.

This was a brilliant walk but it's freezing cold and my ears are frozen, I think it's time to go home now but thanks for a great day out.

Not Without Me You're Not!

I was just having a little chase game with David when all of a sudden I saw Puppynap put his shoes on. He said not to worry Daddy was going to stay in with us and that he wouldn't be long he was just going to see Auntie Silver.
