Nanny And Granddad Came To Visit Me Yesterday- Look I'm A Sphinx!

Nanny and granddad came to visit me yesterday.

Look I'm a Sphinx!

They were hear because Daddy and Puppynap were going out with their friends for the day.

They were gone a long time and Nanny and Granddad sure do need a lot of looking after, tiring work in the heat.

So tiring that today this is all I'm good for doing.

Huff-puff it's hot!

Today We Have Some Visitors

Today we had some visitors. It was my friend CC and his sister and mummy and daddy.

They brought some very interesting toys for us to play with but I've had a hard week at work with Daddy so I thought I'd best spend the day sleeping, catching up with some proper work.

Little

I was just feeling a little bit fed up and wondering what I would do today when all of a sudden...

...beep, beep. BRILLIANT my friends are here to see me, that little boy CC and his lovely little sister. She's a little baby you know.

When they came in I got very excited and went and said hello to them all and got lots of strokes and things and I had a very careful look at the little girl. You must be gentle around babies.

After we all said hello and had a little play in the garden it was time for lunch. I had the peppers.

I had a lot to eat and then got very tired because the sun was out and you need to have a little sleep when you are tired and the sun is out.

I only woke up when it was time for everyone to go. I think I slept a bit longer that I thought I would. Still that's the sun for you.

A Very Good Baby Sitter

I was all sleepy when all of a sudden there was a beep, beep outside...

...it was our friends CC and his little sister A. a is a baby and...

...you must ALWAYS look out and after babies.

Daddy and Puppynap said I was a very good baby sitter, probably the best one in the whole wide world.

Screaming Mad People - Suki

I knew something was happening when I saw Daddy and Puppynap put their shoes on. They said not to worry as I was coming too, we was going to see a new little baby.

Brilliant.

On good day's I'm allowed to hang out the window and feel the wind in my hair, if we're not on the motorway.

I love it!

We then went to the garage, it was amazing looking at all the people doing things, I didn't like the smell though.

We then went on the motorway and got stuck in traffic. Daddy said it was people going all mad shopping for Christmas. Puppynap said he does all his shopping through the computer, saves listening to screaming mad people he says.

When we got their Daddy and Puppynap were all smiling and silly over the baby and I went outside to meet their doggie, Suki.

She's a big one and she's only one year older than me. I was a bit cautious, she kept on circling me and smelling my bottom.

I had to have a little talk with her and tell her I didn't like that and if she stopped we could be really good friends.

We then went for an explore around the garden, it was too cold and rainy for a BBQ today.

We had such a good time exploring and things all around the place. I think we're going to become really good friends, if she remembers my rule!

Sitting Up The Top Of The Garden

I was a very good girl, waiting patiently with my Daddy for my friends to arrive, Daddy said there was going to be a special little person coming to see me. Ooh.

It was a little baby. He was very cute and we played together in the garden and then Daddies other friend CC came. We've played together before, he's such fun.

I went to get David to get him to join in the fun but he said he was fine where he was, sitting up the top of the garden by the Swinging Heart of Love. That was a shame he missed out on so much fun today. Still we can have our own fun tomorrow in the garden, if it's nice and sunny that is, I'm keeping away from that thunder stuff.

Where Have You Been?

I was just having a little cuddle up with David-Shiro...

...when I heard a car doing beep, beep.

Quick Daddy come look there's people here that have come to see me!

It was CC, the little boy who I've seen before...

...and his mummy. She gave me loads of cuddles.

And then some other people came to see me, one I've never met before and I got a bit shy and cuddled up with Puppynap while I checked them out.

And then it was time for dinner. I was feeling hungry and showed them where to put the food.

But Puppynap put me on the floor and said I could have my dinner down there.

After dinner I cuddled up with the lady who is soon going to have a little baby, I had a listen through her tummy.

And then I heard a bang. Oh no it's those fireworks again.

David-Shiro came to see what was going on when everyone went. Where have you been all day?

Then more fireworks went off in the sky and David-Shiro came to sit with me. Hopefully they won't go on long tonight.

I Went To The Swings And Slides

I knew we were going out somewhere when I saw Daddy put his shoes on.

We went in the car and I feel asleep, I usually do but when I woke up we were in a very different place, there was all people and buildings and things and Daddy said we were in London. I've been to London before to see WHS but this was a very different place than last time. 

Who were we going to see?

We went into a big car park and Daddy said come on lets give those legs a work out. 

He gave his own legs a work out to!

We then went in a lift, but I didn't like it and Daddy had to lift me in. Luckily it was a quick journey.

When we got to the top Puppynap said come and have a look River and I could see lots and lots of buildings everywhere.

But I could see who we had come to see. It was CC and he showed me all his toys that we could play with. 

It was brilliant and he gave me a little kiss when we finished playing.

CC said come on lets go to the park and we did. I like this park there's leaves everywhere.

There was lots of things there and Puppynap picked me up and said come on let's go on the slide. I didn't really like it even though he held on to me really tight so we didn't go on that again.

I met another little dog who tried to sniff my bum and then Daddy said come on River let's go for a run and we did all the way around the park, Twice!

It tired me out and I needed a bit of a rest afterwards so Puppynap put me on a big swing. I wasn't sure if I liked it to begin with.

But then I loved it, push harder, harder Puppynap.

That was brilliant day when we coming here again?
