Puppynap My Other Daddy
When I woke up I remembered that there was something that I forgot, then I remembered...
...it was Puppynap, my other Daddies birthday today. Happy birthday x
Then some plants arrived and I went to help my Daddy sort them out...
...and then we went for a walk.
Today we're going down the road.
Then up this road.
Past the house with the doggie who always barks.
Sorry, can't find a way in, can you see me?
Then we went up this side of this castle.
I know what's coming up.
And across the big road, run Daddy, run.
And up by the stream. It's very hot today and I could do with a drink, all this water is making me want one.
Thank goodness they brought some with them, I couldn't get any from there.
I know where we're going now,
...live, life in full colour. Wow!
In to see Nanny and Grandad.
And say hello to the squirrel up the tree.
Time for some more refreshments. Water ummm!
Then it was time to go home.
But boy was I hot.
Come on, carry me someone.
I know the direction.
Home to tell David all about my adventure.
It was lucky David burst Puppynaps pool, I managed to have a good old long drink to cool myself down.
Perfect height, thanks David!
And Daddy put my shade over me to keep me cool.
Until David said he wanted to play chase with me so we ran around and around the garden until we ran out of breath and...
Daddy said come on River, it's steak for tea.
Yes, David's got the same. Yes definitely the same it taste exactly like mine

Autumn - I'm Up For That!
I had such a good weekend playing with Daddy and Puppynap and even though Daddy went out today I wasn't ready for the fun to be over and I made sure I let Puppynap know today was going to be a play day and every time he went to do some work in the office I jumped up and barked at him to come play.
He gave me a toilet roll to play with...
...but that wasn't good enough to keep me amused for long.
Come on Puppynap, you might as well give in to it and come and play with me!
Brilliant it worked, he said he was going to take me out and tire me out.
I'm up for that.
Right which way are we going today?
Ah we went down the road and when we got right to the bottom we saw a man having a little sleep under his van. Strange place to have a sleep but it was in the shade so he must get hot in the sun like I do.
And then we saw a little black cat and Puppynap said it was lucky to see a black cat if it crossed your path...
...but I didn't agree because even though he did cross our path it was to run away and that can only be unlucky.
Oh well never mind I'll have a little chat to my friend that lives on the corner.
Hello! HELLO!
We've had a new fence put up to. Why did your mummy make it so high I can see you through it now.
And then we got to the big road and I was a good girl and sat and waited until all the cars went by. I'm brilliant at crossing the big road now, Puppynap said so and I laughed at him.
I was glad when we got to the little stream as there was leaves all over the place. Puppynap said that's what happens when it's Autumn time and he said today was the first full day of Autumn. Brilliant I'm going to have lots and lots of leaves to play with now.
I then guessed where we was going.
Come on I know the way, it's just up here and around the corner.
To see Nanny and Grandad and go Squirrel chasing!

Pick Some, Pick Some And Put Them In My Hair
Oh Puppynaps putting on his shoes. We must be going out somewhere!
OK, we're in the car where we going?
Ah to see Nanny and Granddad...
...to give granddad some flowers as it's his birthday today.
But I don't want to go home yet.
Come on Puppynap let's go this way!
Where are we? This is a very peaceful and mystical place, there's no one here!
Come on follow me, up this hill, there's steps especially to help you get up.
Look Puppynap, daisies are everywhere here. Daisies are my second favourite flower my favourite is daffydills.
Pick some, pick some and put them in my hair!
*Sniff, sniff* What's that I can smell?
The smell is coming from over there, let's go investigate.
Ah pine cones!
Wow look Puppynap, there's lots and lots of rocks and stones everywhere. This must be where they used to dig up all the stones to build the houses.
I love it here, it's so much fun and so peaceful. Let's bring Daddy at the weekend!
