WOW What A Weekend I've Had!

WOW! What a weekend I've had!

I was just having a sleep indoors out of the sun yesterday when Daddy said come on River you're going on an adventure to see some friends.

BRILLIANT I love going on adventures and seeing friends. Where are we going? Are we there yet?

It was very hot in the car and we was in the car for ages and ages and I got hot and Puppynap got bothered and then we drove around in a big circle. I was so glad when we got out and I could go exploring for a place to go wee.

And then we was back home. Well that's wasn't much of an adventure.

But we did then have some dinner in the garden and Daddy's friend was here, the one who does Hi-Ya.

And we played chase the pink ball and sat outside until everyone was shivvering and it was very dark.

And then when we woke up in the morning the girl was still here and we all went to sit outside in the sun.

And then Puppynap said come on River help me find Nadia and give her her breakfast. OK I'll look over here, just got to play with the pink ball first.

Oh what's that Puppynap?

*Giggles*

No Puppynap that's not Nadia.

Here's Nadia, she was hiding in the blackberry bush.

And then I heard a beep, beep and ran to the front. Who's here to see me? Who's here to see me?

It was the Husband Elf, he'd come to play pink ball with me...

...and The Elf came too, she wanted a go.

Then I saw Nadia and she was eating some pepper.

Would you like to share that with me?

I'll just pull it a little closer to me so I can get a better bite and look after it for you.

Puppynap has been very busy in the garden this afternoon and I've been helping him lots with the hoovering the grass and cutting the flowers and I've got so hot I think I may just to jump in this big bowl of water that he put up.

There all these cats out there this evening and every time I call out HELLO to them Puppynap picks me up and put's me on the arm of the sofa with him and says I must sit there still and quiet.

I'll just wait until he goes to the toilet then I'll try again.

Daddy Said I Needed To Stop Shouting!

There's cat's everywhere tonight, one of them is one the wall...

...and Love Heart came right up to my window, I think to ask me to come and play with her but she couldn't see me so I called out as loud as I could, I'm here. I'M HERE!

But she wasn't hearing me and Daddy said I needed to stop shouting and Puppynap pulled down the blind so i couldn't see her anymore.

Manicure - Me No Like

Come River, Daddy said, we're going out to get you a manicure.

Wow, a manicure, where do we go for that?

It must be this way, a manicure sounds exciting.

We're at my shop, is this where we get a manicure?

Just catching up with the local doggie news.

Quick Daddy this way, I can smell lots of lovely things for me to eat.

Oh that's where we're going, we're going to see the Doctor.

We then went into his room and he smiled at me and called me lovely and then he grabbed my paw and got out big snippy things. I didn't like it and wriggled about and jumped up into Puppynap's arm and buried my head into his shoulder to make him stop it. Me no like a manicure.

In the end I had to go into a special room with a nurse and the Doctor and then they gave me a treat and when we came out Daddy put me on the scales and said I was a perfect weight and very strong.

Thank you I do try to keep myself fit with all my show jumping.

But now it's time for us to go shopping Daddy, I can smell other little doggies everywhere and they want to play with me!

Love Heart has just come to play with me but she didn't stop when she saw me calling out to her from my window...

...she went straight over to the pretty flowers and sat there just looking at me. She looked very bloated...
