There's men over the road and they have got a great big hose. They've put it in the bin and the water when whoosh.It was amazing water went everywhere. WATER in a BIN !
I barked at the men but they didn't hear so I ran over and bite Puppinanapper jumper and arm and then did an outside thing inside.
